All of our beef, lamb and pork goes through Stillman’s abattoir in Taunton where the use the most humane process possible. We have dropped our livestock off there personally and I can assure you their handling is really top notch, it’s not an easy thing when you’ve been looking after them for almost 2 years so it really is important to us too and we do not sell any other halal produce
